This position plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the nursing staff as well as all programs and activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. Ensures licensed/certified nursing staff work in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines within agency scope of practice. Supervises clinical nursing staff levels to ensure residents total regimen plan of care is achieved.

x Basic Life Support (BLS) AND First Aid OR First Aid CPR AED within 30 days of hire
x Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
XFingerprint Clearance Card underway on hire, Card must be turned in within 60 days after hire
