Motor Supply Co has an immediate opening for a Senior Outside Sales Executive!


We have an exclusive partnership program with Sherwin Williams Paint Company that allows us to sell drastically discounted auto paint and systems directly to collision shops. This allows our customers to get a world recognized brand name product at the absolute best price possible. This empowers the smaller and private owned businesses to purchase at a better than national account pricing level.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform outbound calls to warm leads to generate new site registrations & sales.
  • Travel to see qualified leads to develop relationship.
  • Advise customers and provide support to facilitate sales of Sherwin Williams collision paint. and other quality products to collision and auto repair shops.
  • Log contact activity and customer notes in CRM.
  • Demonstrate program value by estimating customers’ cost savings potential.
  • Conduct meetings to assist customers with registration & orders.
  • Develop different selling techniques & talking points to improve sales approach and program.


SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • 10 total years of sales experience, with at least 4 total years of B2B sales required.
  • Willingness & ability to travel 60% - 75% required.
  • Experience in selling in collision or automotive industry is preferred.
  • Aptitude for seeking and establishing new client relationships.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • REQUIRED TRAITS: Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and positive
