Job Summary

Looking for an energetic and organized individual who loves to serve seniors and get things done! In this position you'll get to get your hands a little dirty as well as supervising others and maintaining the administrative side of managing our buildings and grounds.

Oversees Maintenance, Grounds, Housekeeping and Laundry

This position performs preventive maintenance on facility, equipment and vehicles and makes repairs as necessary on physical plant, landscape and parking lots.
Completes repairs as needed or requested. Keeps various work and storage rooms, garage/ shed, tools and supplies organized and clean. Keeps garbage removed from building. Paints, patches or repairs all interior surfaces. Paints and maintains all exterior building surfaces and window frames Maintains lawn and exterior plantings. Maintains furniture, lighting, flags, and signs. Keeps sidewalks and parking lots well-marked, free of debris, snow and ice. Performs preventive maintenance on facility vehicles. Documents all completed work and tests performed. Observes and reports residents' conditions to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
VoTech education in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrician or Carpentry is preferred. One to two years' prior experience.
Supervisory and
project management experience preferred
Experience with building maintenance and grounds required
Ability to communicate and comprehend.
