Our Chicago team recently moved into an edgy new office having smashed all our sales records and is therefore looking to add future leaders to our business who we can fast track. A great example being a consultant with 2 years' experience who has received 4 promotions, and who for 2019 has on target earnings of $150,000, running a large, successful team. Passive candidate sourcing and management
Leading client and candidate meetings/presentations
Cold and warm calling (taking a strategic approach)
Attend industry events
High emphasis on training
Consulting with clients on growth strategy
Open to receiving and implementing feedback
B2B (business to business) sales exposure
Holds a strong initiative
6-month onboarding program/training
Continual tailored consultant development
Daily structure meeting with Manager/Director
Salary of up to $62,500
