As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan. Drives implementation by providing motivation and direction.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
As a Senior Integrated Technologies Owner on the Clinical Imaging team, you will be responsible for the technical components of Oracle Cerner client project implementations for Clinical Imaging products. These products include ECG Management, Cardiovascular Image Management, Oracle Cerner Worklist Manager, and Oracle Cerner Radiology PACS. Accountable for internal and external client and partner relationships.?Manage complex technical client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes.?Define client strategy and technology roadmap.?Direct and manage a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a client implementation project.?Design, build, and maintain complex technical project plans based on contractual commitments. Act as an escalation point for technical issues and risks.
+ At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
+ At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
+ At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
+ High School Diploma
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 2-5 years of experience managing Radiology or Cardiology PACS
+ 2-5 years of experience working project management experience with clinical solutions or EHR
+ Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum, or Agile certification
+ 2-5 years of experience managing large, complex full cycle solution implementations
+ 2-5 years of experience managing client/server applications
+ Basic understanding of HL7, DICOM, or computer networking
+ Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
+ Must be willing to travel up to 80% as needed
+ Must reside within 60 miles of a major international airport
+ Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

New York City Pay Range: from $82,200 to $144,000 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $73,500 to $136,400 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
