Your role:

  • Build digital marketing measurement framework and digital analytics business requirements to ensure the accuracy of marketing performance data 

  • Monitor and analyse digital media and marketing trends across all channels; conduct competitive analysis; collect and analyse customer, marketing, and web behavioural data to create a comprehensive view of the marketing strategy health 

  • Establish cohesive reporting/analysis of the multi-channel marketing execution with actionable insights and socialize findings across the organization at a set cadence 

  • Leverage data to deep dive on cause trends and develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems. 

  • Help develop annual and long-range marketing channel strategies and plans; formulate, prioritize, and execute against the roadmap to deliver ebusiness growth. 

  • Support the development of an online promotions function to favourably impact customer acquisition/loyalty/NPS while balancing revenue and margin trade-offs 

  • Drive strategic initiatives forward with agility while collaborating in a highly matrix global environment, effectively communicating and influencing at various levels of management 

  • Build capabilities to measure “incrementality” due to marketing investments vis-a-vis other business initiatives, at various levels of granularity (e.g. overall marketing, channel, etc.) to inform both strategic planning and tactical execution/optimization 

  • Ensure channel strategies and plans are aligned with overall eComm OKRs 

  • Partner with marketing channels, operations, data science and controlling to ensure strategies and plans are implemented to meet/exceed targets 

  • Responsible for executive communication (data analysis, building presentation materials, scenario planning, etc.) with respect to eComm marketing performance, effectively and concisely articulating critical trends, insight/foresight, the “so what” and recommendations 

  • Build solid partnerships with cross-functional and global/regional teams across eComm, Product, Commercial/Sales, Supply Chain and Finance/Controlling; to deeply understand interlocks with marketing spend and efficiency, and develop plans that have very clear impact on sales and EBIT

Who you are:

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years working in hands-on analytical roles.  

  • Strong quantitative skills. Experience across MarTech and Data & Analytics platforms 

  • Data & Analytics: SQL, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi Touch Attribution, Data Management Platform, Advanced Excel 

  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Tableau, Data Studio 

  • Advertising Technology: Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Adobe, Verizon, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn 

  • Statistical Techniques: Design of Experiments, Randomization – Test vs Control set, Significance Testing, Confidence Intervals 

  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing digital analytics frameworks 

  • Ability to present complex analytical information in clear, concise and compelling manner to executive leadership to inspire action 

  • Previous eCommerce or DTC Growth experience a plus
