Basic Function: Perform scheduled manual audits of customers systems to ensure contractual accuracy guarantees are being met. Provide feedback to Support Technicians on any system issues that are impacting performance.
Typical duties/responsibilities for business development may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review and analyze system images and score OCR result accuracy based on the provided images.
- Provide feedback on the quality of provided images, results and performance of the system.
Qualifications: High school Diploma. Knowledge of the general use of computers, including email communication. Ability to learn new processes, programs and exercise good judgment.
