As the Front Office Manager on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:

  1. Responsibility for hiring, scheduling, directing, mentoring, and supervising Guest Services/Front Desk team members.
  2. Maintain daily paperwork/deposits, direct bill, tax exempt, and other operational binders.
  3. Check-in and check-out and make reservations for guests. Assist front desk as needed.
  4. Personalize guest service and improve guest loyalty. Consistently focus on developing new ways to improve the guest experience.
  5. Oversee the resolution of hotel guest concerns.
  6. Work cohesively with Housekeeping, Restaurant, Maintenance, and Sales.
  7. Create, distribute, and maintain BEO files using SalesPro and PMS system. Charges out client’s BEO’s.
  8. Load group block in Property Management System and release unused group rooms on cut-off date.
  9. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the General Manager.


This position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, business, or marketing preferred.
  2. Four plus years hotel front office or rooms division experience.
  3. Guest satisfaction focused, service-centered, positive team attitude. Outstanding leadership and leads by example.
  4. Service arts training, ServSafe certification, train the trainer experience, and reservations sales experience preferred.
  5. Experience using hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
