Description

The Director of Project Management- Site Development & Excavation will be responsible for:

• Coaching and development for Project Management team
• Oversee the team members, work with owners, subs, and Supers of the project
• Monitor and control progress of project
• Meet with onsite Supervisors
• Determine labor needs for project
• Analyze project profitability - very heavy on financial

Profile

The Director of Project Management- Site Development & Excavation will have:

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience (3-5 years managing a team)
• Background in site development - utilities, paving, concrete, asphalt, demolition, excavation
• Highway experience is a plus
• Commercial, private and public site development project background
• Strong knowledge of project financials
