Great opportunity for anyone who has dispatching or customer service experience. We are working with a very profitable company located in Naugatuck, CT who is looking to bring on a bright, eager, individual to join their team. You will assist a team of 8 by scheduling and routing drivers while also collecting and processing payments. This is a long-term contract to full-time role with a company who has a great culture in place.

What You will Do
Average 15-20 calls per hour Call types will include scheduling, routing, and collecting payments. Once you get acclimated in this position, the opportunities are endless, and your role can expand!
