about the pro-services coordinator role:

the pro-services coordinator position is for a passionate, talented, and driven customer and business advocate who loves problem solving, working with a variety of stakeholders, is organized, has great attention to detail and communication skills, and an inherent ability to effectively prioritize.

a successful pro-services coordinator will be able to monitor, understand, report and anticipate pro services related issues and address them in a systematic manner. they will work with internal stakeholders and freelance talent to ensure the business is running smoothly. they will also regularly work with category managers on special projects that help the business grow.

the pro-services coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, comms, onboarding, payment, and maintenance of the provider base.

this is a full time hybrid or remote position that will report directly to the senior category manager of pro services.

soona makes it possible for brands to create professional photo and video starting at $39. our studios give customers a playground for creating their content and our online platform makes it possible for any product company in the world to experience a virtual shoot. we are creating a fast casual content revolution!

soona is currently supporting a remote work environment for this role; however, we are currently looking to hire in these states only: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Washington with requirements to be able to work in mst or cst time zones. for flex hybrid work environments, we also have office spaces in Denver, Colorado + Minneapolis, Minnesota, if that’s your thing.


an ideal candidate can:
  • facilitate recruiting and onboarding talent for our freelance provider network in all cities we operate in
  • assist talent to navigate soona from application through shoot time to getting paid
  • schedule and manage model test shoots
  • maintain talent information across multiple platforms
  • update onboarding and conducting training that ensures talent understands standards + expectations regarding shoot readiness and are prepared and have a high level of satisfaction for retention
  • maintaining talent and internal stakeholder facing docs
  • create communications and strategy to increase talent engagement and provide process or policy updates
  • develop and maintain cross team feedback loops that ensure the quality of the providers and that they have the skills and commitment to meet expectations
  • provide recommendations and feedback about improving and/or evolving our pro-services offerings from customer experience to internal processes
  • collaborate with assistant category managers on special projects that help the business grow

has experience in:
  • 0-2 years experience in producing or project management, customer service or relevant field
  • Data analysis and drawing conclusions
  • managing and assigning tasks across teams and timezones
  • developing workflows and templates that can be consistently executed
  • working with freelancers / contractors
  • collaborating across national teams
  • critical thinking and task prioritization


we can offer:
  • strong starting salary: $50,000- $55,000
