GDIT is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support our CHRS program.

The Business Process Analyst will:

+ Lead and perform professional engineering and science work that requires application of practical knowledge specific to (1) engineering methods and techniques (2) construction, application, and analysis of operations specific to engineering systems, processes, structures, and materiel (3) identification of impacts that operational activities have on policy.

+ Reduce program uncertainties by developing concepts of operation and formulating proof of concept exercises.

+ Develop high-quality written reports

+ Address technical options using verbal presentation

+ Support project management tasks to ensure Performance Work Statement deliverables are met and stay within scope, schedule, and budget.

+ Work independently and synergistically with a team by applying subject matter expertise of DoD Mortuary Affairs and/or chemical/biological/radiological agent and material knowledge.

+ Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.

+ Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments.

+ Coordinates with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of users acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls.

+ Requires knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Active Secret security clearance

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent

+ 15 yrs related experience or MA + 13 yrs related experience

+ Experience in logistics management; knowledge of mortuary affairs; knowledge of issues pertaining to the safe management of chemical/biological/radiological contaminated human remains.

+ Ability to provide technical engineering services to formulate and develop new and modified concepts of operation.

+ Ability to contribute to the development of technology, by coordinating with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of users acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls.

+ Requires knowledge of military logistics systems and Department of Defense (DoD) mortuary affairs (MA) capabilities.

+ Must possess DoD Service component knowledge of MA capabilities, processes, and workflow.

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Knowledge of USTRANSCOM processes, transportation requirements and ability to coordinate with senior leaders to effect approval of Contaminated Human Remains transport.
