Home Instead Senior Care® of Springfield, New Jersey is looking for an energetic and self-starting Recruiter to join our team in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults throughout our community. We are looking for someone who is motivated and technologically savvy to help us build on our team of wonderful CAREGivers®.
At Home Instead Senior Care® of Springfield, we know that curating a team of passionate, skilled, and professional CAREGivers® makes all the difference in providing our clients and community with top-quality services. During these trying times, it is more important than ever to find the right people to care for the most vulnerable population. We are looking for someone that empathizes with this and can use that empathy to recruit qualified, compassionate CAREGivers® to join our team. The candidate will need an appropriate setting to work remotely until the office opens again.
Independently engage in online training to learn how to use our technology and expectations for recruitment, ex. ApplicantStack
Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
Schedule and conduct applicant interviews (through video chat until further notice) in an efficient and professional manner
Demonstrate and maintain open and effective communication with the franchise owner, office staff and CAREGivers®
Engage with prospective CAREGivers® throughout recruitment and effectively discern fit of applicants prior to hiring
Manage recruitment ads and post positions as necessary
Onboard and train new hires
Reflect the core values of Baron-Queen Inc., d.b.a Home Instead Senior Care®
2+ years experience in human resources or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience preferred
Must have proficient computer skills, ability to learn independently and manage online application system and other software programs used
Knowledge of the senior care industry; professional experience in related industry or field preferred
Must be a self-starter, demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as part of team, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
US Citizen or Green Card holder
Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
