Qualifications: The Client Relations Manager must have Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Occupational, Physical or Speech-Language Therapy, current state license, excellent oral and written communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude and ability to work well as a team.

Position Summary: The Client Relations Manager is responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.  They serve as a liaison between Theradynamics and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.  This position also manages client relationships, develops account plans, and delivers proposals.

  • Build relationships with key employees among customers

  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs

  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes

  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

  • Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

  • Work closely with Regionals, Sales and Senior Management, assisting with potential new clients

  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products

  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Senior Management, Regionals, Directors) to address customers’ needs

  • Work with Senior Management to create presentations to inform potential or existing clients about their company’s products or services

  • Write periodic updates regarding industry changes and/or regulations that would impact our clients’ business

  • Inform senior management of any new contacts and marketing opportunities

  • Be willing to travel to meet with current and new clients

  • Work closely with Accounts Receivables
