Our client, a growing e-commerce, is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team and provide a phenomenal experience for customers.
Compensation: $15 – $18/hr | $38K – $45K
Position Overview: The Customer Service Associate is someone who is ambitious, dedicated, flexible and has a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service. This Customer Service Associate position can last for a few days to a few months. The chosen individual will have the chance to experience diverse environments, expand their professional network, and maintain a steady source of income.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Answering customer calls and replying to online chat inquiries
- Assisting customers in managing their accounts
- Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Inputting customer information into a database
- Being a creative problem solver
Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:
- Must be comfortable speaking with people over the phone, through email, and in person
- 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service capacity
- Can-do attitude, motivated to succeed and passionate about helping others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written instructions
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree preferred
