RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh, PA. Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Service center, not a call center, but will be on phone system all day
  • Servicing corporate or small business clients
  • Helping with variety of needs in corporate online banking system
  • Helping through steps to get through a process - do something or fix something
  • Problem solving - deciphering what the issue is and how to resolve it
  • Probing questions, understanding next steps

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5 to 7 years of customer service related experience required
  • Prefer customer service experience, especially phone
  • Able to navigate a PC independently and comfortably; Will be taught processes and systems
  • Ability to problem solve and know how to find the right resources
  • Ability to think quickly on their feet
  • Ability to use chat and phone to communicate
  • Ability to make quick decisions with accuracy
