Data Entry Clerk
Classification: Data Entry Clerk
Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organization in the Lake Oswego, Oregon area on an exciting Data Entry Specialist opening! The best candidates for this position will be looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment, and have quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization. The most successful candidate for this position will have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. A data-driven expert with great attention to detail can start their career with us in this Data Entry Specialist position! Responsibilities
- Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
- Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
- Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product
- Inspect reports and sheets of data
- Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
- Sift through websites for information
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- Microsoft Word experience
- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- 1+ years of related experience
- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
- High typing accuracy
