Overview

RCM team is seeking driven individuals to be a part of the RCM - Product specialist team. Their role will be geared towards new product roll-out and adoption among eCW RCM team, eCW RCM customers and eCW Employees.

Responsibilities

* As an RCM product specialist, approximately 80% of his/her responsibility is to educate and 20% is other, including but not limited to documentation, travel to RCM customer sites, presentations, and research.
* Prepare Training courses for the RCM employees/new hires, in house and possible onsite for clients. This includes administering intensive agenda, designing, and conducting exams, and creating workbooks for these trainings.
* Work with fellow team members to develop/update and maintain all agendas for certification and other trainings.
* Work with RCM R&D Team to ensure best processes are in place.
* Develop Work flow processes and contribute to the Knowledge base on RCM.
* Translate client requirements to the CBO team and trigger enhancements to the product and/or new product recommendation.
* Test eCW RCM development items and make recommendations towards enhancements.
* Demonstrate the software to client practice, make suggestions and provide training
* Communicate/escalate issues to RCM Team leads.
* Prepare various reports such as Checklist, Training Evaluations Conduct a DiscoveryCall with eCW customer to identify the gaps / needs regarding Practice Management (Billing or CBO)
* Determine the scope of work and amount of time needed for optimizing existing billing processes and introducing new processes
* Conduct on-site visit to address each item identified
* Analyze client billing activities onsite by meeting with key employees
* Troubleshoot issues and address them appropriately
* Create recommendations document (workflow documents, gap analysis reports) as needed
* Coordinate with the SAM or Support, as needed
* Implement recommendations depending on the severity and time available
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* 2 years of eCW billing product training experience
* 9 months of training experience as a CBO trainer
* Worked as a lead CBO trainer on at least 2 enterprise accounts (15 providers or more).
* 2 years' experience in Healthcare industry, preferably in training and implementation of PM or EMR systems

Other Skills / Abilities

* Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
* Excellent people skills, good listener, and communicator.
* Must be able to work on 5-6 projects simultaneously.
* Must show initiative and work on projects with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of MySQL, Windows Office suite, VISIO, computer networking, and insurance-based physician billing
* Must be able to analyze, understand, document, and prioritize business requirements across the CBO
* Understand customer limitation and suggest alternatives/ workarounds
* Excellent documentation skills (please provide samples of work).
* Must be extremely well-versed with the eClinicalWorks billing module including the 'Workflow Rule Engine' functionality
* Must have strong presentation skills. Must have worked in a medical billing office or be extremely well-versed with all aspects of medical billing (including for Health Centers)
* Ability to deal with stressful situations with a professional demeanor
* Team player - must be able to abide team rules and responsibilities
* Exceptional customer service orientation while being detail oriented
* Basic knowledge of technical terminologies
* To be able to coach and train diverse group of people
* Exceptional communications (oral & written) skills --- be able to conduct engaging and effective
* training sessions to diverse audience
* Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to assess gaps within processes and/or software
* Self-Motivated individual
