Admin Assistant/ReceptionistDuties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Data Entry
- Greeting customers and vendors.
- Work closely with coworkers and department heads to assist with administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain calendar and reminders for upcoming appointments and meetings.
- Complete work on a timely basis.
- Scan, file and fax as needed.
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities and skills:
- Ability to work and multitask in a very fast-paced atmosphere.
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to work with strong and dynamic personalities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook, & PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable and professional demeanor.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Recent experience in an administrative position.
Bachelors degree preferred
