Position Overview Job Description: The Solutions Consulting team is actively recruiting an experienced PLM Professional to join the SES/PES Presales group. Technical expertise with CAD products working within the Siemens PL ecosystem are the core components of the position. As part of the Solutions Consulting team, participate in the sales process to facilitate sales of SES/PES software NX as well as Fibersim and Syncrofit. Engage with potential and existing customers to understand customer needs and high level requirements. Utilizing knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, support product and solution positioning by preparing and delivering demonstrations of the technical capabilities of the proposed solutions to customers using standard material. Speak with authority on our customer's business issues, and how SISW can improve their business. Support the selection of appropriate suites of technology and proposal development for customer process improvement which ensure the interoperability and effectiveness of the overall solution within the context of the customer's business. Works on projects/assignments of diverse scope. Typically works under minimal supervision on assignment/projects. 

 •Maintain strong knowledge of the PLM solution platforms, be able to deliver a demo and technical pitch, including overview of our key and advanced features and benefits, services offerings, differentiation, and competitive positioning 
•Ability to address a majority of technical questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature / functionality of our platform 
•Provide timely, prioritized and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding customer requirements and issues. 
•Train and engage customers on the technical aspects of the SES/PES solution sets 
•Provide technical support to the Industry Vertical, Country, and midmarket sales teams 
•Will contribute, but not develop training materials or collateral 
•Support of Multi-CAD platforms including NX, CATIA, and Creo 
•The consultant will not be responsible to test or create tests for the software, and will be given pre-configured demonstrations to deliver 
•Provide benchmarking results as it relates to a customer engagement where needed

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 
 •College degree in Engineering 
•3 to 5 years of experience in presales support, or implementing software projects in the PLM space •3 to 5 years’ experience in both the NX and CATIA CAD systems 
•Knowledge of Siemens PLM products required 
•Value-based sales skills 
•Sales/technical training experience 
•Proven ability to implement complex software solutions. 
•Presales, process consulting, and presentation experience 
•Ability to concurrently manage multiple accounts and/or projects. 
•Strong technical background and how software solutions address customer business objectives
