Overnight Caregiver/CNA for Older Adults job in Ames at Home Instead

Home Instead assists older adults in their own homes with activities of daily living while simultaneously enhancing their quality of life with personalized activities. Our caregivers are helping older adults in their own communities thrive while aging at home. We are professionally and compassionately helping aging adults craft their own vision of aging. Our caregivers are trained in each home so they can provide person centered care for their aging adult. Each home has an individualized plan of care, so no two home visits are the same. You will get to work one on one with your clients and get to know their routines, likes, dislikes, hobbies and interests. 

 

Our caregivers feel they are making a difference in the lives of others every single day. This is a very rewarding job and those that have a true passion for the elderly are likely the best candidates. Our team of caregivers work up to 24/7 with our clients to allow families the choice in a schedule that best suits their needs. Currently we are looking for awake overnight shifts. This position can be a part time position, or a full-time position, based on your availability in the Ames and Boone areas

What we need from you: 

Flexibility in scheduling 

Personal/professional caregiving or CNA experience 

Dependability 

Competitive wages up to 15 dollars per hour 

Valid driver's license and auto insurance
