Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a healthcare client in North Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) that is seeking 10+ Customer Service Representatives. The client interviews are occurring as soon as possible based on availability. Responsibilities Include:
  • Handle in-bound calls from members and providers about account related issues
  • Research and communicate with members about eligibility, benefits, EAP services, claim status and authorizations
  • Resolve customer administrative concerns as first line of contact this may include claim and billing resolution
  • Educate providers and payers on how to properly submit claim's
  • Identified and responded to escalated calls with other departments until resolved
  • Inform providers and patients of processes within account changes and updates
  • Provide information about in and out of network processes
  • Follow up with requests as needed
  • Documented customer interactions, requests and concerns as needed

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Call center / customer service experience
