Job Description

Position Title: Helpdesk Analyst

Location: Neptune, NJ

Compensation: $15/hr DOE

We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide Tier 1 technical support for our major Healthcare and Hospital System client. You will be responsible include providing remote support for 20k end users throughout New Jersey for all their internal software applications. You will be joining a team of 10+ helpdesk analysts. You will have a high call volume (approximately 60+ calls/day) that will typically last less than 10 minutes each. You will take tickets and close tickets through the Footprint ticketing system.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in a high call volume environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient with Active Directory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and hard worker

Additional Qualifications

  • College degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience working with a ticketing system


  • High call volume phone support
  • Take tickets through Footprint ticketing system
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal employees remotely
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I technical issues
  • Escalating complex issues to higher levels of technical support or desktop support team
