OfficeTeam is seeking ambitious candidates for various ongoing opportunities as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for many different well-established companies we are currently working with in and around the Scranton and Wilkes Barre areas. Become an integral part of the team in CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role as you will be the primary point of contact for customer communications and assist with customers placing high-volume orders and ensure timely response to all incoming calls and orders. This CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE must be success-driven as you will be working in a fast-paced environment and take on many different responsibilities quickly! Put your talents to the test with this CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position immediately by applying today!

Answer & manage incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
Sell products and place customer orders using web-based ordering system
Research required information using available resources
Provide product and service information to customers
Manage and resolve customer situations
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Upsell products and services
Complete call logs and reports
Process Returns
Other duties as assigned

At least 2+ years' in Customer Service and/or Call Center-related roles
Skilled knowledge of customer service practices
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Understanding ability to interact effectively with internal/external partners and clients/customers
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Must be a reliable and dependable individual!
Bachelor's Degree in Business studies preferred, not a requirement!
