This will be Temporary to start but based on performance could transition into a permanent position.
Pay: $15 Per Hour
40+ per week.
What You Will Do:
The Human Resources Concierge aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and data entry. The Human Resources Concierge maintains positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of policies and by fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to consultants
- Build relationships with consultants and sales team
- Manage and process on-boarding, change requests, and off-boarding paperwork
- Conduct drug and background screening for all new hires
- Manage and document all consultant related issues
- Manage timesheet collection
- Ensure compliance with state and local requirements in states where local office conducts business
- Welcome visitors, in person or on the phone, as well as answering or referring inquiries as needed
