Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the team in coding, testing and implementation of new functionality as requested by the stakeholders
• Coordinate and facilitate with the development team and stakeholders to drive schedule/deliverables
• Manage and drive design and development of new features
• Support early deployments of code/bug fixes
• Responsibilities will range from traditional Project Manager to Scrum Master on Agile Scrum Teams

Qualifications:

• Must be a self-starter who can succeed with minimal oversight
• Must be proactive in identifying and mitigating issues, risks and dependencies
• Communication with the team, Stakeholders and Sr Leaders is vital.
• Must be able to understand status, issues and impediments and deliver updates in person and via written status in a short and concise manner
• Excels in planning, prioritization and facilitation

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
