Finance & Audit Manager

Job Duties: 

  • Overseeing the activities of the Transaction processing team (TPC) based Internationally and coordination with the USA functional teams and ensuring timely deliverables.

  • Review and modify process for better efficiency and control. Improve interaction with US team.

  • Suggest and lead cost saving initiatives based on overheads and margin reviews

  • Preparation of AS21 and IND AS Reports for US entity. Working Capital Report preparation and tracking WC number of day’s sales for better cash flow.

  • Develop and prepare USA E-commerce P&L report and highlight major concern and achievements to Management.

  • Preparation and Circulation of Monthly Overhead Reports and variance analysis with budget

  • Finalization of Inter company Reconciliations at TPC team

  • Detailed review of  insurance charges and policies

  • Month end inventory & SLOB review

  • Depreciation and Capital commitment Report for USA/UAE/UK, FAR maintenance

  • Consolidated Significant Transactions Report for all entities

  • Assisting with annual 1099 and 1042 reporting in USA

  • Preparation of selected MIS reports & presentations and work with MIS manager based in USA

  • Review and highlight major concern in Brand wise/channel wise GC/NC reduction

  • Customer aging analysis and overdue report

  • Interaction with International business managers for highlighting overdue and helping in collection

  • Other management reports as required

  • Migration of activities will generates incremental cost saving, Process improvement and uniformity

Experience required:

  • 8+ years of experience in Accounting with specific relevant experience in transaction processing for foreign entities.

  • Experience managing a team

  • CPA is preferred 

  • Candidates from FMCG industry will be preferred.

  • Well conversant with an ERP system, SAP is preferred
