Job Description: Marketing Communications Specialist Marketing Automation
The Marketing Communications Specialist role is responsible for the development of key marketing materials for the Medicare Advantage business. This role will specifically be focused on working with an automation tool to develop Annual Notice of Changes (ANOC) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) documents key materials developed and regulated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Key job functions will include learning how to use the automation tool to develop multiple versions of the documents, working with business owners to collect content, proofing and material reviews, and project management and business improvement. You will work with business leads, automation vendors, and marketing communication professionals to deliver accurate and memorable materials that drive customer retention. This role requires flexibility, strong time management, and the technical ability to learn automation tools.
What we want you to do (Key Responsibilities)
Learn how to use a document automation tool to develop numerous versions of the Annual Notice of Changes and Evidence of Coverage documents.
Become subject matter expert on the format of ANOC and EOC model documents and Cigna product data.
Manage the process of collecting and updating business unit information required in the documents (including pharmacy, product, network operations, and clinical).
Manages ad-hoc marketing and communication requests from key business units. Leads development of new collateral/ materials through management of resources from Marketing Communications and Creative team, or directs business owner to existing materials.
Supports and tracks creative and production schedules and budgets.
Communicates with other Segment Marketing team members to ensure alignment on customer messages related to benefits and support services.
Manages project work plans and team policies and procedures related to collateral/ material development and review and distribution of materials.
Manages relationship and established processes with media, design, and production vendors and internal technology and production teams.
Learns and follows compliance guidelines outlined and updated each year by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent discipline. 4+ years of relevant experience
Health care marketing experience preferred. Familiarity with Medicare Advantage a plus
Experience in learning and using automation tools
Ability to lead, manage, and provide clear guidance to a project team.
Must be able to build management and vendor relationships.
Ability to work on multiple projects with fast deadlines.
Excellent facilitation skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills in addition to analytic skills to derive and communicate results from research.
Ability to work independently as well as a team player on multiple projects.
Organized with ability to effectively manage time.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 73,100 - 121,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
