Director, Ad Partnership Management, WM Connect
The ideal candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their clients and their team.
They would have managed/scaled agency businesses, with specific experience across small to medium sized independent agencies with clients ranging from Fortune 100 brands to SMB or Marketplace sellers.
Ideal candidates will have consistent management experience as well as extensive experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as search, display, video, CTV, and integrated sponsorship.
Additionally, the candidate will have experience working within a matrix organization as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people.
Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, a collaborative and innovative spirit and be extremely comfortable dealing with ambiguity.Responsibilities:Be responsible for driving the future strategic direction of the businessPlay a critical role in building, inspiring, training and managing a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales and services teamStrong ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business resultsUnderstand our client's businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needsExecute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy developmentWork collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers, be a point of escalation for any potential issuesConsult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs in the regionBe seen as an industry leader in NYCPreferred QualificationsMBAeCommerce Marketplace experience with a high understanding of the search industryDemonstrated Marketing Automation and Programmatic Advertising expertiseExhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision makers.Deliver the highest level of customer service and present Walmart Connect’s solutions in a compelling, positive and professional wayAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
