Project Manager

Isagenix Gilbert, AZ (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $98K - $130K/Year
Position Summary:

The Project Manager of Commercialization is responsible for managing the cross-functional execution of new product launches to deliver all projects on time and within budget. Project Managers participate in all phases of the commercialization process including ideation, feasibility and execution, and lead cross-functional project teams with representation from Product Development, Global Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Marketing and IT.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
  • Lead the entire project life cycle including scoping, planning, scheduling, resource management, coordinating, tracking, reporting, delivery and closure.
  • Manage multiple projects, with unique requirements and shared resources, simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the commercialization process and establish clarity with project team regarding objectives, priorities, deliverables, and due dates.
  • Consistently maintain real-time statuses of all assigned projects, and regularly publish accurate and concise reports that provide visibility to project details such as status, schedule, milestones, risks, impacts and resolutions.
  • Facilitate project team alignment meetings such as project kickoffs, status check-ins, ad-hoc discussion, triage meetings, and retrospectives.
  • Appropriately identify, attend to, escalate and solve for roadblocks, risks, issues, and scope changes.
  • Create and manage project documents and information, including but not limited to scope and requirements documentation, project charters, issues and decision logs, schedules, status reports, key performance indicators, and change documentation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with project team members to ensure alignment and prevent delays.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in adherence to established success criteria.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Provide general support to the PMO organization, ad-hoc tasks and business initiatives, as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position):
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent related work experience.
  • 4 years of Project Management experience with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience leading team members to successfully reaching goals.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
  • Experience with project management tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, etc.).
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Critical thinker and effective problem solver.
  • Strong leader able to influence and motivate others.
  • Expert communicator who tailors approach based on audience, subject, and urgency.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Able to effectively and efficiently navigate ambiguous and urgent situations.
  • The office environment requires the use of standard office equipment and personal computers.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 6 years of Project Management experience with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience managing projects in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Related certifications, such as PMI Certification or CSM Certification.
