SUMMARY

Coordinate fulfillment of sales presentations, account line reviews, and lead admin tasks for Target. Fulfill assignments in support of ongoing account management activities by managing various reporting, maintenance and execution of projects. The business Coordinator will work collaboratively with Account Managers, Sales Analyst, and the Replenishment Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Manage any special projects assigned by Account Manager/Sales Analyst as needed to support growth and management of account
* Complete customer set-up sheets/item set up/quote sheets/sample requests/image requests as needed for account
* Ad Hoc data pulls inclusive of weekly reporting using customer POS data: Sales, Inventory, Promotions, New Items, etc.
* Update & maintain customer checkbook & track allowance spend weekly
* Chargeback tracking & management
* Assist with clearing of deductions

* Work closely with Digital Merchandiser to ensure all images & content is on retailer portal and track all updates needed
* Respond to ad hoc retailer requests for images, dimensions, battery info etc.
* Support presentation prep needed for sales calls, customer follow up and internal meetings related to account. This includes:
* Compile presentation sell sheets
* Request any samples, prototypes and collateral material requested for above events

* Assist sales manager & analyst with retail monitoring. This includes:
* Maintaining Retail Landscapes
* Monthly Retail Visits & in store adjustments executed as needed
* Internal Reporting (photos and detail) of any significant changes or events in stores

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

* 1-2 years Previous sales support experience is preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end

EDUCATION & SKILLS

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

* None required

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
