Job Description

Performs a variety of technical duties and provide administrative support for Field Service Team. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the below:

  • Administrative support for process improvement related projects (implementation of RTS, STEPS, and Auto-warranty)

  • Maintain Question & Answer (Q&A) Function as submitted by support teams and service network in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Draft, prepare, proofread a variety of finished documents; review finished materials for completeness, accuracy, and format, compliance with policies and procedures, and appropriate English usage.

  • Collect, verify, organize and input data into databases from a variety of sources.

  • Interpret data and produce high-level reports for compliance, technician management, and regional management.

  • Monitor and evaluate Service Partner program/projects for accuracy and compliance:

    • PlusOne Background Screening

    • Training Compliance

    • License and Insurance Compliance

    • Technician Management (collect and review all aspects of new technician registration)

  • Perform technical and administrative procedures to prepare and or complete program/project requirements for:

    • GSPN Set-up (Global Service Partner Network)

    • Data Entry

    • New Third-party Service Providers Communications

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Education:


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree; welcome recent college graduates

  • 2 - 3 years' of professional experience required; Field Service or Administrative Technician preferred

  • Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and policies of the organization

  • Data analysis and reporting experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data collection); SAP helpful but not required

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, high-demand business environment

  • Collaboratively work with other departments

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize multiple responsibilities and prioritize workloads

  • Effective, professional, and courteous speaking and listening skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all appropriate levels within and outside the company including SEA Management, co-workers, vendors, and third-party service providers

  • Team player as this position will support all team tasks as back up
