Primary client contact on all Health and Welfare related services. Must develop and maintain a good working relationship with the client Benefit Manager and client vendor organizations. Will consult with internal and external sources on the client and plan specific impact of all legal, regulatory, process, product or business changes that affect plan administration. Communicate and educate the client on product changes driven by legal and regulatory events.
Seek and implement revenue-earning opportunities. Consult with client on adopting Conduent product or service enhancements or changes.
Manage team of up to 4 onshore and oversee offshore staff members, responsible for employee development by providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and guidance. Ensure adherence to all Conduent policies and procedures
Ensures that the team has complete knowledge of all client plans and programs and serve as the Health and Welfare subject matter expert on the cross-functional client team.
Monitor daily service delivery, service levels, contractual Performance Standards and scope of services commitments and interact with the client as needed on these topics.
Make process improvement recommendations; Project management of annual Open Enrollment; Project management of H&W special projects and changes including scope discovery, cost estimation, build coordination, test plan development, implementation and documentation. Identify gaps in processes and propose appropriate solutions in-line with Conduent business standards.
Provide proactive contact to client and Service Delivery Director on service delivery outages, discrepancies and problems.
Attend client meetings and internal meetings to represent and report on the Health and Welfare service delivery and performance.
Prepare client specific training materials for internal resources as needed.
Prepare proposals (including business requirements and fee quotes) for out of scope work.

Responsible for building cross client team synergies, backup and succession planning. • Manages and provides subject matter expertise. • Monitors service level agreements and operational dashboards to ensure service levels are met and exceeded at all times. • Leads periodic status meetings with clients to discuss on-going projects, issues or escalations. • Responds to ongoing delivery queries, escalations including participant account updates and discusses open issues log during client meetings. • Engages client or vendor to gather requirements for applicable changes. • Executes feasibility analysis and effort estimation of ad hoc client projects, determine, establish and monitors controls of ongoing processes to preempt and mitigate any potential risks. • Coordinates and responds to escalated issues that require collaboration across the broader business (e.g., involving multiple business areas such as operations, client management, technology, etc.).

• Interfaces with external client contact to resolve broad / complex benefit questions.

• Directs shared services and other dotted line relationships on behalf of the client to ensure service deliverables are met.

• Evaluates existing processes and enhances / develops to improve service delivery. • Directs project and ad hoc benefit delivery work.

• Acts as subject matter expert supporting change orders and other implementation projects.

• Reviews work performed at lower levels and approves accuracy and completeness.
