We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team treating adult & children patients. This position offers you the opportunity to work in our well-established clinic environment that is patient and family oriented. We are devoted to the community and provide quality care to our loyal patient base.

This is a great opportunity for NPs or PAs who have recently graduated or experienced providers looking for a new position. This is an excellent practice for a NP or PA to grow a long term career and patient following.

1. Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses.
2. Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
3. Review and develop patient educational material.
4. Provide care in an age-appropriate manner.

Full Time or Part Time Position, We are open: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
$100K - $150K per year + Benefits!

1. Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
2. Board Certification in any of the following: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
3. New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
4. We are open to recent graduates and experienced providers.
