PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
The Food & Beverage Cart Attendant prepares drinks and any other items available from our beverage cart for the guests.
Provide quality guest service in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable manner. Assist guests with their orders.
Performs opening and closing shift duties in accordance with department and company standards. This includes but not limited to set up and maintenance of the beverage service carts.
Package and serve all beverage items as requested.
Prepares food and beverage items as needed and assist with proper storage of all food items.
Must be clean, well-groomed, and have a professional appearance.
Must perform according to department and company policies.
Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the F&B Supervisor.

Work Experience Required: 6 months prior food and customer service experience, food knowledge, and basic computer knowledge preferred.
Education: High School Diploma and/or equivalent required.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift/carry up to forty (40) pounds and push/pull up to seventy five (75) pounds for various job-related duties, throughout an eight (8) hour shift.
Ability to stand and walk the entire shift excluding breaks and meal periods.
Must demonstrate positive/enthusiastic approach to all assignments and guests.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
Must possess current Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification.
Must possess an ability to work with minimal supervision and have effective communication skills with employees and guests, and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
