Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Segment Strategy Digital Product Manager as part of SDI (Strategy Digital Innovation). Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at .

The Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Digital team is responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for all of our CB/CIB aligned businesses. This role will be responsible for partnering with Line of Business (LOB) leaders to support their business goals with a digital experience. The role will be heavily engaged in strategy development, solution design and the sourcing and onboarding of digital partners.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across CB and CIB with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Commercial and/ or Corporate and Investment Banking industry experience
  • Experience with digital software product management in the financial services industry
  • Insight and experience with fintech/third-party partnership opportunities relevant to CB/CIB segments
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
  • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leaders
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital technologies to include strong digital design sensibilities and familiarity with best practices for user-centered digital design
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher

    - Collaboration with CB and CIB leaders on business objectives

    - Consultation and leadership on digital design opportunities including feature roadmaps and digital customer journeys

    - Identification and vetting of leading digital partners relevant to the industry vertical

    - Driving innovation to achieve key Objective and Key Results (OKR), the capability priorities that support them, and the reporting and analytics we need to understand the progress we are making
