Call Center Customer Service Representative - Fayetteville, AR
Advantage Resourcing is recruiting for Call Center Customer Service Representatives for a premier call center in Northwest Arkansas. We are currently screening individuals that understand how to deliver outstanding customer service in a call center setting. Will be assisting customers with billing and service questions. Will offer products, services or promotions to the customer on behalf of the company before closing each call. Must have excellent customer service, patience and phone skills to excel in this position. Basic MS Word, Outlook, Office Math, as well as Written Communications are required. Bilingual is a plus.
