Customer Service Agent

A large call center in Lee's Summit is looking to add experienced customer service agents to their team.
Applicants would be responsible for responding to incoming customer calls and/or e-mails for emergency roadside assistance as well as various member services and transactions. Actively listening while displaying confidence and empathy to customers/members calling with unplanned vehicle breakdowns while taking ownership of the situation. Work with a sense of urgency to ensure that a Roadside Provider is dispatched efficiently and immediately, avoiding any possible delays in rescuing the customer.
Must be able to work in stressful situations. Customers are calling in from the side of the road and the stress level of the call will be elevated. Applicants must be able to multitask along with having great verbal and written communication skills.
Training will be Monday to Friday from 12p-9p and the schedule after training will be the same hours. Applicants must also be able to work at least one weekend day with their shift.
