Administrative Coordinator

Aerotek Plainville Full-Time

We are actively hiring for a new Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients that is a leader in the construction industry located in Plainville, MA.

This is a new role that is being added because these responsibilities were previously shared between multiple individuals. This role is expected to evolve over time and responsibilities will grow with it.

Job description:

  • Work in various sharefile sites to download plans and documents
  • Upload plans to system and compare to new and previous
  • Record plans and bids in Excel log which will be reviewed once a week
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite for Word, Outlook, and Excel

Position qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with team members and across departments
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
