Job Description
 

Responsible for accurate and efficient Image Check and Other Document Processing. This function will include the capture, correction and balancing activities associated with Check and/or Cash-Check Deposit Activities. This individual may have responsibilities for deposits processed on various image capture and processing equipment.

Performs image deposit processing functions and reconciles out-of-balance conditions. Maintains
compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.

Meets or exceeds all established image deposit processing productivity standards

Reviews image documents and/or deposit bags for evidence of tampering and notifies immediate supervisor of any issues.

Verification of total imaged items back to deposit counts and dollars associated with the deposit.

Accurate correction and adjustments of Image Transactions and effecting appropriate customer entries to adjust for errors.

Works in an efficient and safe manner.

Identifies Counterfeit,Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and immediately reports same to Supervisor

Identifies and shares processing improvement opportunities

Work independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree

• Good Verbal, Mathematics, and Reading Comprehension Skills

• Experience working in a fast paced, repetitive process and secure production environment

• 1 + Years active experience in a Money Room or Cash Operation

• 10 key speed and accuracy
