RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). Essential Duties:
- Respond to phone and fax request and inquiries
- Respond to order request
- Clear orders that go into suspense
- Maintain staged inventory for Direct OEM's, Dedicated Ink, and Pre-approved accounts, coordinate all those incoming and outgoing orders
- Participate in Weekly Meeting
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 2-3 years direct customer contact experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent Communication skills
