Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced bilingual insurance representative to join our team.
The Insurance Customer Service Representatives are responsible for meeting sales, service and quality standards set forth by the company. Offering information and advice to customers signing insurance policies for home, auto and life. Representatives will work directly with prospects and clients, assessing their personal property, auto and life insurance needs (i.e personal risk exposures, home, auto and life), evaluating appropriate recommendations and placing coverage to address those risks.
Relationship Building:
Build, foster and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects.
Build, foster and maintain professional relationships with Insurance and Financial Services staff, real estate associates and lending personnel to maximize sales opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Must possess Property and Casualty license.
Associates degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Working knowledge of all personal lines insurance, insurance agency operations, coverage's, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes/regulations.
Recent working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent follow up and organizational skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
