About the Company:
- Our client is located in the West Hartford area looking to add an administrative assistant to their team
- Growing company that needs to add an administrative assistant to keep up with up the growing administrative responsibilities of the company
- Positive environment with opportunities to work both independently and as a part of a team
Typical Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Assistant with other departments such as HR as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for internal employees and external clients
- Support other various tasks, procedures and events as necessary for the team
Preferred Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant Role:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Prior work experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or HR professional
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
