We will provide you with sales training that starts in our Inside Sales department and move you into an Outside Sales position, usually within your first year. We are looking for people with a deep interest and passion for food who love to provide outstanding customer service. You should be confident without being arrogant, willing to work hard but know how to have fun! Above all, your work will impact how your family and friends experience dining in your neighborhood restaurants.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide best in class, customer service to our customers across your assigned territory by being the first point of contact for their day to day needs.
Manage customer accounts and generate additional sales growth for each account.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by working with an experienced sales team.
Entering customer's orders into our sales order system.
Who You Are and the Qualifications Needed to Become Successful:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field - required.
Customer service or inside sales experience - preferred.
Working knowledge of the restaurant industry is very helpful. Maybe you worked as a server or bartender in college?
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
Multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills will aid you in this career.
Exceptional written and verbal communication is a must. You will be communicating with internal and customers daily over the phone and computer.
Comfortable with composing emails, spreadsheets, data entry and various sales application software.
Passion for succeeding and working on great team.
