Job Requirements

- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks - At least 7 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Comprehensive knowledge of working as an assistant - Proficiency in copying - Foundational knowledge in email - Filing experience - Well-founded grasp of ordering office supplies and equipment - General familiarity with scanning - Expertise in navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Proven knowledge of faxing - Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Excellent oral and written communications skills If you are a passionate self-starter that is looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing company and is looking to thrive in a creative environment, we would love to hear from you!
