South Jersey firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant. As the Administrative Assistant, you will perform administrative and office support duties for multiple supervisors. Responsibilities will include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, high volume data entry, filing and faxing. Hours: 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. How you will make an impact: - Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary - Performing data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying and faxing - Provide a warm environment to customers - Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls - Delivering customer service quickly and accurately - Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format - Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties

Job Requirements

Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must have two or more years of previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and a high accuracy of at least 65 words per minute. Call OfficeTeam today for this great opportunity!!!
