General Summary of Position:

The Granite Government Team is a dynamic group engaged in a wide variety of projects. The Government Solutions Project Coordinator customizes and implements the highest level of service, quality and customer care while achieving outcomes that may stretch beyond the average order for telecom services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintain, manage and Escalate Repairs and MACDs for Granite's Government accounts
* Single point of contact for all EIS maintenance/support issues
* Processes all Day 2 ordering requests
* Work with project team and send updates to customers
* Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly status reports

Required Qualifications:

* Must obtain P2 Government clearance (Granite will assist)
* Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently, multitask and coordinate activities across a range of functional areas
* Must be able to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced work environment with strict deadlines
* Strong analytical and verbal communication skills
* Ability to identify problems or inefficiencies and independently offer/implement practical solutions
* Proficient in all MS Office systems, intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge a plus
* Ability to work with confidential information, exercise judgment and discretion
* Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
* Project management experience
* Experience with digital data and voice services a plus
* Experience with GSA Schedules Program and multi-award IDIQ contract vehicles
* Active security clearance
