Biometric Fingerprinting Technician / Guard (PART TIME)
The Fingerprint Technician works as a part of a dynamic team of professionals assisting the United States Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) Application Support Center (ASC) operations. The Fingerprint Technician is a PART TIME team member with the primary responsibility of completing biometric registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States
As the Fingerprint Technician, Biometric Technician / On Call Security Guard, you will be responsible for supporting a government program located in SANTA ROSA, CA
Highlights of Responsibilities:
During work as a Biometrics Technician, under direct supervision of the Site Supervisor, meets directly with USCIS customers to complete forms and carry out fingerprinting. I-90, and Biometric processes. Demonstrates familiarity with terminology of work environment, knowledge, and understanding of USCIS basic immigration paperwork and procedures. Reviews immigration and pre-fingerprint documentation and ensures all documentation is complete and in the appropriate order.
During work as an On Call Guard, duties are to provide front-line customer service, with the primary duty for assuring both interior and exterior crowd control (observe and report capacity). To enforce the rules and policies of the ASCs, e.g., enforcing parking regulations, not allowing people to take photographs, videos, consume food and drink in the ASC. To conduct periodic security and safety checks of the site, interfacing with local law enforcement or first responders when necessary; and enforcing parking regulations as required.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued suitability clearance.
- To have or be able to obtain and maintain, Unarmed Security Guard License; as may be required by state
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service and working with the public.
- Successful completion of company administered training program.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of assigned work hours. - Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
- Ability to speak a foreign language
