Job Summary:
  • Draft, review, and redline a variety of contracts (FAR, FOIA, TAA, NDAs, Standard Terms and Conditions, SaaS, Software License Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Vendor Agreements, etc.) and be involved in contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all contracts.
  • Assist Legal department administrators with questions regarding CDAs, SOWs, standard terms and conditions, and schedules.
  • Work within Salesforce and SharePoint to maintain and update contractual records.
  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.
  • Work with Director of Contracts to make the contract management process more effective and efficient.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a database of contract templates.
  • Work with other departments such as Finance, Information Security, and Sales to mitigate contract management risks.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field is required.
  • Juris Doctor degree or paralegal certificate or equivalent is encouraged.
  • 5+ years of contract management experience is required, must have experience with federal government contracts such as FAR, DFARS, FOIA, TAA, CBP
  • Prior experience in purchasing in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SharePoint strongly preferred.
  • Must have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with upper-level management.
  • Excels at multi-tasking and has excellent project management, time management, and organization skills.
