Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with Product Owners in three distinct areas

You will be responsible for the vision and priorities of new and/or enhancements to products, platform, and features/applications for segments of Home.jnj.com and DE&I. We are proud to share that Home is a top 10 global intranet award winner.

+ Core Experiences which are your foundational products. These are trusted and continually enhanced over time such as search functionality, news, people finder, and events

+ Ecosystem Experiences which engage our products to deliver engaging content through site build and consolidation such as campus pages and sites for J&J's global functions, enterprise groups, and sectors

+ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as you look to bring the technical proficiency to enhance J&J's DE&I culture

Qualifications - External

+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

+ A minimum of 6 years of professional experience is required.

+ Experience creating, implementing, and managing digital products/and or website support is required.

+ Experience with software development processes and support activities is required.

+ Experience working in projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodology is required.

+ Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC) is required.

+ Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, liaison skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences is required.

+ Experience working as a Technical Product Owner across multiple projects and business information systems is preferred.

+ Experience with JIRA, XRAY, Roadmunk, confluence tools, and Microsoft tools is preferred.

+ Scrum master or product owner certification is preferred.
